ProofWatchTerms of service (beta)

The beta
ProofWatch is offered free of charge during its beta, as is, with limits of 10 clients and 50 pages per account. We may change limits, features or pricing with notice by email; nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
Your responsibilities
Add only pages you are entitled to monitor. ProofWatch visits each page from its own servers with a normal browser at the interval you choose (at most hourly); do not use it to load-test or scrape sites. Keep your sign-in email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in.
What we promise, and don't
We aim for accurate alerts and take false positives seriously, but no monitor catches everything and a missed or spurious alert is not a breach of these terms. ProofWatch is not a backup, a security scanner or a substitute for your own checks. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from use of the beta.
Termination
You can stop at any time by deleting your clients or emailing hello@proofwatch.app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or strain the service.
